Here's a checklist for you! Everyone's process may differ, but we have laid out the steps we took to make ours happen for the city of Los Angeles π±

- survey your community, take field trips around your town/neighborhood

- based on your survey, pick key topics to focus on for your Sustainable Guide. You may need to filter these topics and group them into chapters/categories

- i.e. Researchers, Writers, Designers, Social Media Specialist
- [ ] Decide on format for the guide (i.e. Website, Digital PDF, Print, etc.)
- [ ] Onboard Volunteers
- [ ] In-depth Research
- based on the key topics you've defined, you can now delegate your team to research specific topics
- [ ] Content Writing
- clean up and edit your research
- [ ] Hand over content to designers
- [ ] Design
- [ ] Track Team's Progress
- [ ] Copy Edit
- tap into your editor/writer to make sure all content is π & accurate
